About The S&W Conference Center
Located in an iconic 1905 building in the heart of Wilmington, the S&W Conference Center is an ideal location for trial preparation, war rooms, depositions, arbitrations or corporate board meetings. The facility offers a large conference room with seating for up to twenty, a six person conference room, lounge, copy center and an executive office with its own private four person conference table.
The conference rooms are equipped with video screens and conference phone systems with assistance in set-up and IT support, if needed. High-speed internet and coffee facility are provided and legal reference materials for the local Delaware courts are available on-site. S&W can coordinate a catering service during your booking if-needed. The S&W Conference Center is less than a five minute walk from the Wilmington courthouses and has free on-site parking.
