STAMATIOS STAMOULIS has over ten years of experience in intellectual property and complex commercial law matters. Mr. Stamoulis began his career at the international law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he spent four years focusing on intellectual property litigation, class action defense, antitrust defense, securities and white collar litigation, and carrier-side coverage litigation. Mr. Stamoulis then joined Fish & Richardson P.C., an international law firm specializing in intellectual property law, where he spent over five years working on intellectual property litigation and theft of trade secrets disputes, as well as corporate governance and other matters litigated before the Delaware Court of Chancery. Next, he formed Stamoulis & Weinblatt LLC.
Mr. Stamoulis has litigated patent infringement cases in the District of Delaware, as well as in many other districts throughout the country (including the Southern and Northern Districts of California, and the Eastern District of Texas). In addition, Mr. Stamoulis has represented clients in bankruptcy disputes before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Mr. Stamoulis is presently the chairman of the the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association's Litigation Committee, and the secretary of the Benjamin Franklin Intellectual Property Inn of Court. Mr. Stamoulis has spoken on intellectual property law topics before numerous organizations, and most recently spoke on patent litigation developments at the National Meeting for the American Chemical Society.

In re W.R. Grace & Co. et al. (Del. Bankruptcy Court) -- Represent Neutocrete Products, Inc., Neutocrete Systems, Inc. and FTF Crawlspace Specialists, Inc. in a claim against W.R. Grace & Co. relating to concrete applications and breach of contract.
Denizen LLC v. WPP Group USA, Inc. et al. (D. Del.) -- Represented Denizen in a case related to advertising. Case resolved during discovery.
Li v. University of Science and Technology of China Alumni Foundation (Del. Chancery Court) -- Represented plaintiff in a suit brought under 8 Del. C. § 225 challenging an election of directors and seeking a new corporate election. Case settled shortly after serving the complaint.
Cooper Notification, Inc. v. Twitter, Inc. et al. (D. Del.) -- Defend Rave Wireless against a patent entitled "Systems And Methods For Messaging To Multiple Gateways."
Denizen LLC v. WPP Group USA, Inc. et al. (Del. Superior Court) -- Represented Denizen in a misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and unfair competition case. Case resolved during discovery.
Synchrome Technology Inc. v. Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc. et al. (D. Del.) -- Defended ASUS Computer International against two patents entitled "Method And Apparatus For Allowing Communication Between A Host Computer And At Least Two Storage Devices Over A Single Interface." Case settled during discovery.
Kriss v. Bayrock Group LLC et al. (Del. Chancery Court) -- Represented plaintiff in an action relating to limited liability company operating agreement rights.
Denizen LLC v. MindShare Entertainment USA, LLC et al. (Del. Superior Court) -- Represented Denizen in a misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and unfair competition case. Case consolidated with Denizen LLC v. WPP Group USA, Inc. et al.
Brinkmeier v. Graco Children's Products Inc. (D. Del.) -- Represent plaintiff in a false marking (Section 292) action against Graco Children's Products.
Hernandez v. Carmel Energy Inc. (Del. Chancery Court) -- Defended Carmel Energy in a suit brought under Section 220 of the Delaware General Corporation Law for corporate books and records. Case dismissed.

Highland Legacy Limited v. Steven G. Singer, et al. (Del. Chancery Court) -- Represented defendant Gary Singer in suit alleging breach of fiduciary duties.
S.E.C. v. Princeton Economics International, Ltd. (S.D.N.Y.) -- Represented the court appointed receiver in an SEC and CFTC enforcement action relating to a multi-billion dollar ponzi scheme that defrauded several large Japanese investment entities. This action was brought in conjunction with a liquidation proceeding before a joint-provisional liquidator in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Congoleum Corp. v. Ace American Insurance Co. (N.J. Super. Ct.) -- Represented ACE-INA in litigation relating to the enforceability of a prepackaged bankruptcy reorganization plan intended to discharge all the asbestos related liabilities of the insured corporation.
